Sea Center Texas is an all-saltwater related aquarium. The centerpiece of the exhibits is a 50,000-gallon Gulf of Mexico aquarium. In this tank, red drum, snapper and other open water fish stay out of the way of the 5 to 12 foot sharks circling over the sand bottom. Other aquariums include Salt Marsh, Coastal Bay, Jetty and Artificial Reef exhibits.
